Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

All financial transactions on 311 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). Approved payment methods — including bKash and Nagad — must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Policy

311 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of terms or engagement in fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with others.
- Providing false information or failing identity verification.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage on the platform through bots or automation.
- Attempting to harm other users or the platform.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned after a verification process, provided no terms violations have occurred.
